BCU Students work with Manor Park
This week saw our partnership link with Birmingham City University grow as their first year PGCE students delivered striking and fielding and invasion games to 50 pupils from Manor Park Academy. They planned their sessions in the morning, including lesson objectives, peer and self-assessment opportunities and lots of time to develop fundamental skills. The pupils had a great time and no doubt they will take their skills back to school and keep practicing! Many thanks to Angela Whitehouse and the students for planning and delivering this opportunity. It is always good to see young people delivering physical activity opportunities to other young people in the partnership.
